I'm the exact opposite

I did about an hour long yoga practice this morning followed by a short meditation.

Just finished a 2 mile walk.

I'm eerily relaxed.

I do catch myself randomly smiling for some reason, though

You know, my first and only Rams game was the 2003 Bengals game in St. Louis.

I think the Bengals make it closer this game.
