As a doctor who probably spent too much time at work, I just hope he does what is best for his family.
Work/Life balance is always a great battle, my wife & I both worked and continue working long hours tempered somewhat now by the ability to do it remotely. Our children understood and having the opportunity to vacation anywhere & the college of their choice, they realized that didn't happen because of legacy.
McVay IMO, is a football lifer and when he does walk away from coaching I believe he will still be working in some capacity for the Los Angeles Rams. The good news is, he's just getting started and might not have to make that decision for at least another 5-6 years.
