especially with your 13 yr old son. I grew up in Inglewood and that stretch was iffy then and its gotten much worse. Others may differ. I was in that area Saturday driving my grandson to meet friends at the Farmers Market and IMO it just isn't safe to walk at night. One suggestion: Look for car rental places along Manchester or Century. Most have shuttle busses to LAX for people leaving off their rentals. Walk to one and catch their shuttle to LAX. Start checking on a map today where they are located.
