There used to be a site online that listed..

all the Patriot penalties that were not called and totaled up the yardage and it was over 200 yards of blatant penalties that were not called.. not holding and stuff, but facemasks (one guy yanked Az down by the facemask - no call), hitting out of bounds (Faulk, i think, hit about 4-5 yards out of bounds), hit to the QB face etc... there's a "let them play" thing and then there's a "let one team get away with murder" thing..
