Because......The Rams and McVay keep WINNING EVERY YEAR!
I'm actually thrilled that the rest of the NFL is grasping at straws trying to create what our Los Angeles Rams already have. A WINNING CULTURE!
Nobody was grabbing our coaches under Spagnuola or Fisher.....It's a copy cat league.
The greatest thing about McVay....He's one VERY SMART Football Coach...He knows his "X's" and "O's...He "EXPECTS" his asst. coaches to know them as well, which is why he only looks for HIGH IQ coaches. Coaches that can rattle his brain as well... Staley, Morris, Taylor,Phillips,LaFluer, O'Connell...the list goes on.
