Guess you're not gonna get a lot of play on this, but I very much agree. Snead put the pieces together and despite the Pead and Tutu misses that drive me nuts, ya have to give props to the hits.
You really have to acknowledge the draft pick trade philosophy he's pioneered in a league that punishes outside the box thinking. The fact we can develop nobodies into solid contributors that flesh this team out speaks to both his ability to put the scouting department together, and identification of coachable character in players. Can't remember the last bad apple we've had on this team.
He ain't perfect, but Les is forward thinking. Love that we have him.
