...the biggest problem in Stafford's game this year, even more so than the under-thrown long balls. The long ball problem could be related. Both could be a matter of timing being off -- if either type of errant pass were released a tad earlier, it might be on the mark. I didn't see much of Stafford when he was with the Lions. So I don't have any idea if this is a problem he has always had or something that came up this year.
