A QB is definitely not maximizing his effectiveness if he doesn't throw any ints. It's a spectrum of value, risk/reward.
Like Rodgers only throws to Davonte, and his backs and a couple to his te. He can get away w that in the regular season but in the playoffs the elite teams take that away.
The elite level throws Matthew makes are unreal to me. If his decision making, physical throwing attributes, or coordination with his target are off a hair it could be disaster.
