I was thinking of the 99-championship game during the game today. I could hear Lynch saying to Rams offensive players during the game: "It's our kind of game." Lynch knows the ground and pound offensive style and gritty, tough defenses. Shanahan knows the run game systems and can make almost any RB productive like his father did. You can see the history alive in both of them.

I'm glad the Rams beat Lynch in two NFC championship games.
