That game was WAY over when that play happened. Yeah...It looked bad but I have seen MANY other QBs do it in tight games (FAVRE!) What I cannot get out of my head is Lott, covering a lot of ground, and tipping away a SURE TD to Flipper and a 10 to ZIP Rams lead. That ONE play, started the collapse. The Rams were mentally drained and fragile after essentially FOUR Playoff wins in a row....three of them on the extreme East Coast. I have said it a dozen times and will take it to my grave.....If Lott does not deflect that pass, we not only win ....we KICK THEIR @$$. And probably win the Super Bowl.
