This dude no doubt helps the team stay loose. An absolute comedian.
I love the line when Brady was sacked and Gaines is on top of a pile of players and he says: "Who's down there? Anybody down there?"
Another time Miller clobbers someone near the sideline and Gaines says:" I think you hurt that guy. Be nice".

Oh yeah. And he has become a heck of a Defensive Lineman.
