Agree 100 percent. One thing I think is that fewer tickets period will be resold. Season finale tickets are often sold WAY in advance because so often the games are not that relevant. The percentage of tickets resold may be high again to 49ers fans but the number of people holding onto their tickets and attending will be higher. I have confidence Rams fans will show up in earnest. And IF they do sell many will go out of their way to get them in the right hands.
