Both Miller and Donald and I think Stafford said something to the extent....."we have to fight and scratch for our games" and other stuff with adversity etc....I'm wondering and seeing games that are for a fact games that go to the wire,,,,yesterday and the last whiner game, but man we HAD Total control in both games.....up by 17 in 1 and 24 in the other.....that's not scratching it out to me....
Could there be some kind of mental thing going on where they lose these leads and make them closer then they need to be? The need to make things harder to excel? Sounds stupid/crazy I know...but why does it happen? Could be just how it goes, but I do believe in the mental aspects of succeeding...maybe the need to rise above adversity increases the adrenaline, where as blowing teams out is more a joyous feeling, more relaxed, but not as fulfilling?
I'm not a wanna be shrink. not trying to make more of it then it is....a win is a win..they all count the same....but a team so filled with guys who can take a game over just to let the other guy back in is weird to me...
I think next weeks will be a beat down from start to end...that taste of that last game with them is too fresh.
