Just watched the NFL replay.
Crappy cut of it because they caught the action right after the snap of the ball. So couldn't see the defensive alignment at pre snap.
They did rush 6 though and 2 got through.
For sure I wouldn't do a Cover -0 in that situation. Blitz fine, but need at least a single high.

maybe someone was supposed to get to MOF---maybe it wasn't Cover-0
but it looked like it----no one deep
but look at that second frame you can see 4 Rams receivers and in first frame you can see
Rb releasing that's all 5 receivers
there is one on each of the 4, and there is a LBer our of frame, that's the 5 on coverage
sure looked like cover-0 to me
