Yeah and he ran a good bit of Cover 3 too with Atlanta and Quinn's approach. I didn't nuke their film admittedly but Cover 3 can look like Cover 1 at times when the call has the coverages mixed on the outside.
Bottom line is Morris didn't have a lot of exposure to Cover 4 in his career. So he was very careful and erred on the side of preventing the big play early on. And as he has gotten more feel for the scheme his calls and gameplanning have improved leaps and bounds.
Tampa knows they're gonna have to be sharper for example on offense. Rams are a much better team now and in part that is due to Morris coming online in McVay's scheme.
