And he's been on quite a run of late with his defense btw. From that undefeated December on this defense has been positively stingy, outside of a half a football game vs SF where they let up.
But he reminds me of Vrabel in a lot of ways. Really strong leadership. That's a guy grown men will play for. He knows how to correct and coach and challenge players. He has a history of both sides of the ball at the NFL level which a lot of coaches can't say. His experience with the head job when he was young is a font of knowledge to pull from, in other words one failure means nothing when the job is that difficult and competitive.
I think it's ridiculous that guys like Quinn are hot candidates and Morris is not. And I think too many owners overlook the importance of leadership.
