The day after we beat Dallas, my friend who lived at the end of our Cul De Sac.....Their family had something like 10 people who were Bucs season ticket holders. WELL....He told me that an Aunt of his did not want to go and asked if I wanted to go?????? Lemme tell ya...I was USELESS in school the rest of the week. I had butterflies on Wednesday! SAAAAAAAAAAAAATURDAY afternoon / about 22 hours before kickoff , my friend tells me his Aunt changed her mind. I was out!! UGH!!!!! I watched the first half on TV at my Church Youth Group gathering and the second half at home. I STILL remember two Rams , arm n arm, skip dancing off the field. I was so happy, I had forgotten about not going.

But....Dad surprised me in 1984 and I saw a pretty exciting Rams win. I will NEVER EVER forget walking into the old Sombrero and seeing a NFL field for the first time with the Rams players in those AAAAAWESOME 1973-99 road jerseys. Everything POPPED under that bright Tampa sun! That game is on Youtube and I watch it from time to time.
