Superbowl or not, Stafford is a keeper. The Rams will not enter the QB sweepstakes because who in the world could they get.... and using what for capital?
Stafford isn't Brady or Rogers and no one said he was. But... he is a very good QB, with a great arm, good leadership, and plenty good enough to lead a team to win a Championship provided there's a very good team around him. But... it's about the same for all other Superbowl winning teams as well. Look what happened to Mahommes when his Oline couldn't protect him in last year's Superbowl. He's not Superman after all.
Resigning him was a foregone conclusion the moment of the trade, Snead's tenure as the Ram's GM is tied to Stafford.
