In the first half Weddle played passing downs
Burgess played when there was a TE in game, basically 11 or 12 personnel

2nd Half Weddle barely plays

they wanted Weddle for coverage--they just didn't trust Burgess in passing game

but when they had a lead they must have wanted to give him some experience
