The best scenario would be the following. If O'Connell leaves, promote Thomas Brown to Offensive Coordinator/RB Coach, fire Ejiro Evero, move Raheem Morris to Assistant Head Coach/Defensive Backfield Coach & hire Vic Fangio as Defensive Coordinator.
