Look we all have things we wish McVay would do better.

But the reality is that we are a far better team with McVay as our HC than we have been since the days of Warner and (kind of) Bulger.

And McVay is only 36 years old.

We are in the playoffs. We are relevant. We are having success with an unconventional team building method of stars and scrubs. We just went 12-5 in the hardest division in the NFL for gosh sake.

Sometimes our imperfect coach makes bad decisions. He is young and has room to grow. But guess what - old coaches also make bad gametime decisions.
