I agree with you that a lot of people go out of their way to not blame the QB. I'm not one of those. I call them as I see them.
I also agree that I think the defensive roster lacks sufficient talent.
Defense had a player who was a dog on his own hunt, gave up a TD and a 43 yard gain that
put 49ers in the red zone.... that has to be considered.
Yes, defense di not play well . . . but it dominated 1st half. 2nd half when offense
could not stay on the field,, yes, they missed tackles they have to make.
with that I agree... they did get kicked around in execution...
