I am a Bama fan and alum, but I can imagine how bad the Georgia fans felt after the SEC championship game after dominating all of college football the whole year to lose your conference title to your most hated rival who was very young and under manned at least compared to your team for the umpteenth time. However that made what happened Monday night that much sweeter by defeating that same team for the national title, sigh. The only good part about that was seeing the joy on the ultra hot Elle Duncan's face on ESPN yesterday after years of taking the L supporting the Dawgs against the Tide. I said I can imagine it because Bama did the same thing to LSU that Georgia did to us in 2012, lost to them, they won the conference but we beat them for the Natty.

Losing to the Niners sucks...HARD but if in the end we are hoisting a Lombardi it will be just fine. The Niners can actually do us a favor by beating the Boys and maybe even knocking off the Pack so we can avoid Lambeau, because there would be nothing sweeter to have them come back to Sofi for the NFC championship game and for us to beat them there. Then that victory catapulting us to the title. All of that to say all is not lost.
