The Rams BELONG to Los Angeles.............Well, they just got here..........What do you expect with Fisher as HC???........When they start winning? You'll see....... Well..Parking is terrible at the Coliseum.......The Coliseum is old and crowded..........Wait till we get a covered stadium. It's too hot at games.......
Say the Rams win the next TWO Super Bowls, will the fans go away after the first WC game loss?
I sound like I am picking on Los Angeles. I'm not. I have been a fan since 1976. Have seen that L.A. IS QUITE capable of REALLY supporting the Rams. MNF vs Dallas in 1980 was the best IMO. And that was ANAHEIM (Where I have heard the fan base was bad?) While the Rams were in St Louis, I read a LOT of shots directed at St Louis as an NFL town. That it was not worthy as an NFL City. It Stole the Rams. There were Rallies in L.A. with THOUSANDS of fans screaming "COME BACK!" WELL......... They did. And here we are, 5-6 years later wondering where the fans are. St Louis was not perfect either. I was disgusted when Faulk's jersey was retired during a STEELERS home game.....IN THE DOME! BUT.....St Louis is the only place I know of Rams opponents being intimidated by the crowd noise (See 1999 Playoffs)
I am / have been a fan from Jacksonville, Florida. So I have no agenda with where the Rams play. But like Howard Cosell used to say. I'm just telling it like it is.
