Yeah, gotta agree.
If the OL can't do it (and they obviously couldn't), then seems to me it is up to the Offensive Coach (ie McVay) to effing adjust.
Screens, Draws, trick plays, something to slow down the 49er DL. Normal runs weren't doing it.
Never happened.
I want someone else calling plays next year. Shanahan is better at it, and better at adjusting. Sorry to say.
