What would be the career incentive for O'Connell to want to leave his job as the Offensive Coordinator for the Rams and to take a job as the Offensive Coordinator for the Carolina Panthers? I'm not seeing it. If they're offering him the job as the Head Coach, well... sure. But a lateral move? I'm not seeing it.
