Stafford is a gunslinger.

He had too much free reign with the Lions to expect to tame him now.

Similar to Brett Favre, some years the Packers won because of Favre, other years they lost because of him.

I believe Stafford gives us the best chance to win. Especially if McVay can learn to counter some of staffords tendencies with his play calling. Problem is, they both suffer the same problem and sometimes compound each outhers weakness. Goff forced McVay to be a little more conservative. That's out the door with his new toy.

We'll live and die by the sword.
