Watching the play, I have an assumption

The play involved a pass that Ramsey tipped but the Ravens WR caught it anyway. Rapp probably said something about Ramsey should have been in better position to knock it down and Jalen reacted to that with a kind of "who the f* do you think you are, you worthless...xxx" and pushed his helmet. Rapp had no room to criticize and Ramsey reacted to it. At least that's my best guess.
