Both are playing well beyond what anyone thought. Gaines, to me, is playing at an All Pro level. The guy is just super disruptive, faster than you think, quicker than you think, a sure tackler and very tough to move when over the nose. Gets a good pass rush and stuffs the run. Not much more you can ask of a DT.
Allen is steady as a rock. Too bad he'll be gone after this season ends.
