Really thrilled for you that team put up the W.
And yeah.....QB1 trying his best to give Minny a fighting chance is rough

it was 7 below for a high today. Welcome to North Dakota.
And I think it's cold at 49.

QB1 and some games. Not sure which QB is going to show up. The deep ball that was picked to Van, versus the open, "move the chains" opportunity is tough to endure coming out for the 2nd half.

And right as the crowd got back into it, that punt return right in front of us literally sucked the air out of the stadium. And Stafford made that drive in the 4th ending with OBJ scoring. boy howdy......what timing, huh?

Some notes:
And in the 3rd after a Rams stop, the DBs coach (Evero) and Ramsey had a talk with an official. It wasn't heated, but the coach wanted Ramsey to talk to him for some reason.

This is stuff you don't see on camera. And what makes the dynamic of games so much more intriguing. Jalen talks so much smack, I wonder if they had warned him about taunting, and DB Coach told #5 to "tell his side" We'll never know, but...........

The punt return in the 2nd that was downed at the 8 that lead to the INT and the Vikings first 3 points was awful. Blocker runs into the punt returner, so they just cleared the area and instead of starting at the 25, they started at the 8. Should have never been a 64 yard punt of whatever.

Can any of these special team blunders be fixed? In season? If you're the GM, do you override head coach and make a ST Coaching change for 2022?

Stafford just hates throwing the ball away. He needs to throw balls away and learn to live and fight another possession.

He also needs to adjust his aggressiveness on 3 and shorts. He has a bad habit of going down field, and complete ignoring the open underneath guys. Not expecting him to scrub that altogether, but opening drives of both halves, and closing drives of both halves. You want to score, you want to keep the ball. We've seen trends on this stuff and how that leads to wins. One would think that's in our OCD head coach's wheelhouse.

Sony had 27 carries and 1 catch. Thats a monster workload for a guy with shaky knees.
You've got my attention. That is a ton of work for a guy we'll need more in the postseason or as we determine home field advantage.

Kupp was open in the middle of the field when he went deep for Jefferson into double coverage.
This !!

Anyhow great win, gorgeous stadium, good fans that live up to the Minnesota nice reputation. Glad I got to see AD once in my lifetime and Kupp again. Saw him in college.

BTW, the defense gave up like 315 passing yards to the Vikings. Is that a concern?

My #1 gripe about this game ?
Not the picks, not the special team blunders, not the injuries......

When Stafford, for all my kvetching about not taking the under throw, finally goes to the open RB? Sony Michel. DROPS THE BALL. That was brutal. AND it appeared to be an explosive play waiting to happen. Sony has shown his ability to make huge things when given the chance. 3rd down and medium, and it blows up on the tarmac.

Thanks Deadpool for all the insight. Are the canceled bowl games ruining some chances for college kids to get better film?
