Cam Akers is a team leader and from all Jourdan has said, really liked and respected.
With all I've read about recovering from a torn Achilles tendon, it is hard for me to imagine that he could actually contribute in a game so quickly.
I can't escape this feeling that this is all about his mindset going forward in optimism for his full recovery, and for the team to get an emotional boost in this next string of games.
I hope I'm wrong, and that he really can... rather miraculously.... contribute at the RB position this season.
