Running back is a tough position and I am glad the Rams have a few good ones.
I don't think Henderson is the classic bell cow that some teams have. But I don't think Akers or Michel are, either. To me it doesn't make any sense to rag on Hendo for missing two games without also recognizing that he's been available for the other 12 while Akers will end up missing all 17. I mean, who's been less reliable in the grand scheme?
As for Michel, he's been a life saver and IMO deserves to start over Hendo and get the lion's share of the carries. But he's missed time in the past: 7 games just last year for instance.
So yeah, the Rams RB situation is a bit iffy. But I don't get singling Hendo out when historically he's started more than Akers or Michel while also being more available than either.
