I do think 1 more loss not crushing.. good thing too because we have to play the Niners.
But I'm also thinking it's not just qualifying... it's qualifying and being prepared for playoff caliber football... and that's where I'm not comfortable.
I wasn't as put off by tonights game as most were because to me the Ram's play, and the Hawk's play as well, was exactly what I would have expected by the loss of players to Covid and mostly the interruption of their routine... a very finely tuned routine rent asunder by Covid. But me seeing that right or not doesn't change -
That I don't feel the Ram's have gel'd yet... not in any game this year. I think the game with the Cards just past was their best demonstration of getting there but still lacking... or at least lacking compared to my expectations of the game they should be playing.
I hate that the Niner game is the prelude to the first playoff game. Even if the Rams can gel and roll in the next two games they must face the Niner just as the show is truly beginning.
