Higbee and Havenstein. My suspicion is that they were not fully vaccinated - maybe one shot, or one shot of J&J - seems odd that so many others have gone on the list and come off in the time these 2 have been on the list. Or maybe they both got sick, like not asymptomatic infection.
I suspect that they are either: A) self-reporting symptoms like body aches/sniffles;
