My Dad was born in Loris, SC but raised in Myrtle Beach. I have been through Charleston dozens of times on my way to MB. While married to my Mom for 27 years, Dad became a Gators fan. They divorced, Dad remarried and move back to MB in 1990. But he remained a Gator. Hilarious thing is, his new Wife was an old High School sweetheart. She and all of her family are huge Gamecock fans. So there was a lot of bantering back n forth. I give my Dad and my Brother so much credit on starting my love with Football, the Rams and Gators. Dad passed away 8 years ago so I more than likely won't be going back to MB very much. IMO....I found MB getting a bit trashy and a very different vibe for years ago.
