With Covid controlling the NFL dolts, and the insane testing on fully vaccinated players completely disrupting teams and schedules, the Rams are doubling down on some important player positions. And Center is a biggie. By having 3 Centers with experience they have well covered that position.
Their decision to keep 2 serviceable back-up QBs on the team also seems prescient in hindsight.
Shelton is playing so well that for me its a forgone conclusion Allen will be gone after this year. Not because Shelton is better (although he might be), but he will be easier to keep at a reasonable price.
