I can think of only two possibilities:
1.) Since the Rams are doing everything remote it doesn't matter if guys are on the covid list or not. Either way they can log on and take part in whatever the team is doing. Possibly the Rams are batching up the reinstatements to deliver to the league as a group rather than trickling them in one at a time. As L.A.Rams poijted out, this could keep the Seahawks in the dark about what they have to prepare for on SUnday.
2.) No one has tested negative twice, 24 hrs apart yet.
