Hekker. I wonder if what Youngblood 53 said a few weeks ago is legit??

Are the shorter punts by design?? To avoid out kicking coverage?? I wonder because there has been almost nothing said about the short punts by Hekker or any Rams staff. Or...... Rams are just riding out the season with Hekker as Punter?? Just find it interesting that it has not been a topic of the Rams.
