Sadly, my confidence in McVay and Morris had sunk to the level that I feared that they were in over their heads due to stubbornness and ego. When the coaches are part of the problem one is in Jeff Fisher territory.
Well, the Jags and Cards games demonstrated that these coaches could evaluate and adjust, after all. In the Cards game they did so under EXTREMELY adverse conditions.
So my confidence level is considerably improved over that level after the Packer loss.
Heck, it’s just possible that these Rams are getting their act together at the perfect time as the Bucs did last year. We shall see.
