So we can watch a game and quickly say to move from Reeder to Jones, but for a coach there's a process. They need to see the backup showing well in practice, then in game in sub duty, and so on. And the starter has to be struggling on things they're assigned to execute and all that.
We don't have to deal with the personalities. I think that's a big difference. They probably wanted to put Michel in sooner over Hendy or Jones in sooner over Reeder. But they have to let guys do their jobs and try to correct and all that.
