Powell Superior as a Returner

Not sure what took so long, Brandon Powell has plenty of experience at both the collegiate level & NFL returning Punts & Kickoffs. I watched Koski that had very limited returner experience at Cal-Poly and watching him, Koski just did not look natural as a return man. The Rams might add Koski back to their practice squad, but IMO, Powell with be both the PR & KR moving forward and appears to be the best player the Rams have had doing this season.
