Stafford. But, McVay could help things more. As good as Stafford can be, he's got an issue in the first quarters of games.
IMO, they need to be giving him the Goff treatment and giving him REALLY easy throws and reads until he loosens up. That part of it's on McVay but whatever Stafford is dealing with is mostly on him. Ice baths, heat therapy, cortisone shot, an extra hour of warm-up...I have no idea what it would take but Stafford's got to get loose sooner.
