I gave up watching the game and got some work done instead on Sunday, about midway through the 4th quarter.
But from the score, we only lost by 8 and we gave up a pick 6, a punt return fumble, another turnover very deep in our own territory and gave it up on downs deep in our own territory as well.
That's giving up at least 17 free or easy points. For those of you who watched the full game, would we have won without those huge mistakes? Did we outplay them only to be done in on self-inflicted wounds? Or was the game only close due to garbage time scores.
It just seems that against a team as good as the Packers, we should have lost by a lot more giving up three turnovers and an ill advised 4th down failure to convert.
