Good points roman! I also wonder how much they are buying into what Morris is selling. The players might have been optimistic in the beginning against the scrub teams but I bet the players might be having second thoughts now. It sure looked like Ramsey wasn't too happy against GB.
If "we" (well, most of us) can see the issues on the D side, I am sure they do too! If the players aren't buying in, we might be seeing the sinking of the ship SS Morris!
I did see something that may/may not be an indicator, though there are other possibilities.
Late-ish in the game Williams gave up a completion to the right sideline. ( can't find the play in question) Once he had the ball the receiver turned up field and Williams,,,,started to slow down to a jog. Eventually the safety pushed the receiver out.
Obviously Williams might have ben tired, or so far off the ball he though he couldn't catch up. Maybe he knew the Safety would make the play, or maybe he really is injured. Lots of benefit of the doubt here. But to my eye it looked like a guy who had lost his proverbial "fight". Demoralized. I hate to see that in my team because it just begins to spiral downward. I hope I'm wrong and a blow out of the Jaguars will restore our swagger.
