While it's true the offense has run into a rough patch, we still put up 28 points on the road against #1 GB. Conversely, the defense has struggled since it's first drive this year. The soft, drive sustaining approach they have employed has consistently given up points and kept our own offense off the field. That has been one of the biggest problems with this team. Special teams has been just as problematic.
Granted, untimely turnovers have hurt a lot too but I've been worried about our defense's inability to get other teams off the field from day 1. The offense has only recently been problematic and that's just at times. There is much to improve on with the offense but it's still providing multiple explosive plays for TD's and scoring points so I'd consider them "less" of an issue than the defense.
