First of all nobody wants McVay fired, he has been a god send, but going through the last three games I appreciate Bill Belichek even more than I did. They have been talking on the radio this week that Belichik never went to dinner with Brady in the entire time they were together now I know why. He could not manage, coach or critique Brady if they were friends. McVay was in Cabo with Matt and his family now it seems he is walking on egg shells trying to coach him up. McVay has to learn that these are not his friends and he needs to maintain a professional relationship.
Kronke and Snead are doing the something to McVay that he is doing to Stafford they are giving him control without accountability, they should force him to delegate is duties and hold him accountable. Morris is terrible, Snead should wack him now and send a message.
