Here's the simple truth.
Bottom line....Things have come quite easy for our YOUNG HC since he was hired at the ripe old age of 31.
Easy as in the idea that he's Won the NFC West, went to a Super Bowl, has not had a losing record, has gone to the playoffs 3 out of 4 seasons, is undefeated after leading at halftime and is closing in on the All-Time WINS list as a Los Angeles Rams Head Coach. All of this going in to his 5th season! Now, that's a great Resume'!
Flash forward to today 11/30/21....This is where our HC needs to take charge and lead his team. He needs to figure this puzzle out. For the first time in his coaching career, his team is struggling. They are trying to find their identity. The team is facing some adversity.
Coach McVay needs to put this team on his shoulders and lead this group of men. This will be McVay's defining moment in his young, NFL career.
