There was some summit discussing how to beat the flavor of the moment 2 high safety defense, and that at said summit Jourdan saw the new Niners defensive braintrust furiously taking every note possible, moreso than anybody else observed. However the Rams have shown no interest in discovering how to solve the Niners run based attack. Instead McVay is stubbornly trying to prove that his way is the right way, consequences be ignored. Jimmy Johnson said he built his Cowboys team to defeat the best team in the conference. After the Cowboys assumed the thrown the rest of the NFC east built their rosters to stop them. The Rams have done nothing to address their Niner's weaknesses, the only thing that hasn't really screwed them is that they are so good against Seattle and was so good against Arizona. The Rams need to identify what type of defensive player historically gives the Niners the most fits and get one of them. I know that is a lot of value put on a team you only play twice a year but hell it would be worth it, at least more valuable than Tutu.
