Let him go and we won't miss a beat! It seems everybody under McVay is considered for another position. I heard our Waterboy is a lead candidate to be a Ball boy on another team next year too! 
IMO, this is what p#sses off Shanny so much. He wants the recognition that McVay has been getting. Instead, Shanny is only known for choking in the SB and of course...owning McVay!
