How long will it take before McVay's backside starts feeling a tad warm?

Like another post noted, he's no longer "The new guy". 2017-18 was a long time ago, by NFL standards. The broken record of McVay choking vs physical play has already probably cost us the West. With several tough games to go, the WC might be tough. Rams are 7 and 3. Not bad. But not good when we no longer have Detroit, Giants or Texans on the slate. I say he has till next year to get his crap together. Hell, if we miss the Playoffs THIS year, after a 7 and 1 start???
